Our step list:

Our machine uses different kinds of energy which cause actions which stick a band-aid on a person's hand.
Now I'll explain the different steps of the machine.
1. The machine starts by releasing a toy car which drives down a lane using potential gravity energy.
2. This car hits a piece of wood which has a nail at the end.
3. The car hitting the wood causes kinetic energy which causes the nail to pop a balloon using potential elastic energy.
4. In the balloon there are marbles which fall on a scale using potential gravity energy.
5. The scale drops a ball using potential gravity energy.
6. The ball rolls down a pipe using potential kinetic energy.
7. The next actions work using potential kinetic energy. The ball hits a domino, a chain of dominos fall which hit another ball
8. This ball rolls down a pipe using potential gravity energy as well as kinetic energy and 
9.hit a button which activates a fan using electric energy.
10. The fan moves a boat using wind energy. 
11. The boat hits a barricade using kinetic energy. 
12. Once the barricade moves, the car starts driving using potential gravity energy.
13. The car hits a domino which lands on a see-saw using kinetic energy. 
14. The see-saw releases another barricade using kinetic energy and
15. Another ball is released rolling down a lane using potential gravity energy.
16. This ball falls on a scissors again using potential gravity energy. 
17. These scissors pop a balloon using elastic energy. 
18. Marbles in the balloon are released and fall on another barricade using potential gravity energy.
19. A car is released, again using potential gravity energy. 
20. This car sticks a band-aid on a hand using kinetic energy.

 

Why think we should win?

We think we should win because we are a team built from the two high schools of Hatsor Haglilit. We worked together in a great atmosphere and built a nice machine of an ambulance.
