Our step list:
1 Phone alarm clock goes off
2 trembling makes the phone slip from table and pulls down a stirng atached to a baloon
3 baloon relices a marble to roll down the track
4 marble jumps from track to a box
5 box sinks down and pulls 2 strings
6 stirng pulls up a milk cart and poors the milk
7 string no' 2 pulls down a wooden cube that blocks a marble
8 marbles roll down the track and hit a small hammer that knock down the next marble
9 marble rolls into cup puling the cup down the pulley and pulley hits seesaw
10 seesaw drops weight that is connected to the sink cap
11 sink cap opens and marbles rush down and hit the wheel
12 wheel turns and pulls a string
13 string pulls down a pin
14 pin relices ball that rolls down and juggles between too planks located in an angle and eventually falls down on a scale
15 scale pulls down on a sring that relices a pan
16 pan swings and hits another pan x3
17 third pan pulls string that relices cup
18 cap rolls down string and pushes marble
19 marble rolls down a metal track, loops and hits smaller marble
20 smaler marble rolls down and hits a spray can
21 spray can rolls off the table and knocks down a marble
22 marble is conncted to a pole and swings arond it
23 marble hits a plank that set in motion a robot that follows a black line by sensor
24 robot follows line and hits a stick
25 stick falls and relices a round weight that roles down and pulls on a cup
26 cup pulls down on string which makes a wheel turn, attached to the wheel is the cornflakes box the poors cornflakes to the bowl.
Why think we should win?
We think we should win because our machine connects to every students world of waking up in the morning for school. Our idea is creative and we put in a lot of effort in the design of the machine to be as realistic as possible. Also, A school safety drill made us advance the end date by 2 days.
Our suggestion for next year's challenge
We suggest the challenge of Kicking a ball into a goal
