Our step list:

​1. A coin falling into a basket which is connected to a pipe.
2. The bauble inside the pipe rolls and falls into the track.
3. The bauble rolls on the track and hits other baubles which are located throughout the track.
4. The small baubles hit by the first bauble hit a larger bauble.
5. The large bauble rolls into a pipe and at the end of the pipe, it comes out and hit a Coke can.
6. The Coke can falls and hits a paperweight that is connected to a barrier.
7. The weight falls and take the barrier down with it.
8. The weight rolls and make the clip open.
9. The clip opens and releases the string that is connected to a magnet.
10. The magnet turns around and makes the spinner to which magnets are connected to spin along with it following the interaction. A magnetic energy was converted to kinetic energy.
11. The string which is connected to the spinner is attracted to the spinner, influenced by its kinetic energy, the attached magnet is drawn along with it.
12. The iron bauble is connected to the magnet and is released following the disconnection.
13. The iron bauble falls into a zigzag track and makes the weight at the end of the track fall.
14. The weight is connected to a barrier of a car with a string and when it falls it draws the barrier along with it.
15. The car goes in a downhill slope and hits a Coke can.
16. The can falls on the stairs into a cloth.
17. The cloth transfers the entire kinetic energy to a ball that is located on the cloth because of it elasticity.
18. The ball jerks upwards and gets in to a basket.
19. Inside the basket there is nonwoven fabric to which a string is connected. The string is drawn with the fallen fabric because of the ball that got into the basket.
20. The string is drawn as well as the cup connected to it.
21. The iron bauble inside the cup comes out of it as a result of gravity.
22. The iron bauble rolls through a bottle track, going through a zigzag track into a funnel.
23. From the funnel, the iron bauble goes through a zigzag trail of clips and hits a car at its end.
24. The car is driven by the kinetic energy of the iron bauble and hits a weight.
25. Under the weight there's a cup connected to a domino with a string and a scales connection. Once the weight falls down into the cup, the mass in the cup changes and therefore the domino goes up.
26. The domino hits the iron ball and makes it fall in the form of a pendulum.
27. The iron ball hits another iron ball due to the kinetic energy and height.
28. The other iron ball rolls in a nail trail and at its end falls on a switch.
29. The switch turns an electric circuit on that activates the fan. The weight next to the fan falls as a result of the friction created between them.
30. The weight is connected to a cap of a milk bottle. Once the weight falls down, the cap comes off as well and the milk in the bottle is spilled into a bowl.
31. The bowl stands on a weight that looks like scales. When the bowl is filled, the scales turn towards it and the string attached to the scales draws the barrier of the cello tape roll.
32. The roll rolls down the track and makes a weight connected to scissors fall down.
33. The scissors close and cut the ribbon that connect the cut walls of the box.
34. Beams are attached to the wall sides, on which another beam is placed with a needle. Once the string is cut and the walls open, the beams make the beam with the needle fall down and then the balloon underneath explodes.
35. The beam on the side of the wall is connected to a magnet that hold another magnet. When the beam falls it draws the magnet and disconnects it from the other magnet.
36. The other magnet falls and when it reaches the end of the slope it catches another magnet that is connected to a bauble barrier.
37. The barrier comes down and the bauble rolls until it hits the iron bauble on the track.
38. The iron bauble rolls and presses on a switch.
39. The switch turns on an electrical engine that moves the arm that presses on the Bluetooth switch and the Bluetooth start hologram.
40. The arm makes the weight fall and the weight makes the bauble fall. Once the bauble falls, the cereal box is opened and fills the bowl with cereal.

Why think we should win?

Our machine was made of basic materials and with the creativity we used we were able to build an impressive machine with special transitions, most of which you will not see elsewhere.

Our suggestion for next year's challenge

Our suggestion is to make tea at the end of the machine
